Istrian Villa for 6 persons has two bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and 2 beds, flat screen Sat-TV, internet connection, air condition, safe deposit box, bathroom, WC and terrace.

Rental prices for Istrian Villas are from 82 EUR / day to 295 EUR / day.

Accommodation price with soujourn tax (residence tax) for requred time is presented during reservation procedure.

Prices include:

Daily Istrian Villa rental, soujourn tax, bed linen, towels, electric energy and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, weekly change of bed linen, twice a week change of towels, daily cleaning of the villa, final cleaning, car parking and VAT.

Supplements:

• Baby cot: Free of charge *
• Stay less than minimum: + 20 %

Check-in / Check-out:

Melia Istrian Villas are available from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival until 10.00 hour on the day of departure.

Minimum stay:

• 7 days from 19.06.2010 to 27.08.2010
• 5 days from 22.05. to 18.06.2010 and from 28.08. to 03.09.2010
• 3 days before 21.05.2010 and after 04.09.2010

Payment terms:

30 % of apartment rental at reservation, 70 % of apartment rental at the latest 21 days before arrival.
